There aremany pros and cons to using tablet laptops, some of which include:
Tablets are lighter and smaller than traditional laptops making them a lot easier to carry. Situations where a keyboard if not ideal such as single handed usage or standing. It can be laid flat at the working surface. This is ideal when you’re at a discussion, as a laptop screen needs to be kept vertical often causing an obstructed view for yourself or other people close to you. A number of tablets are pre-loaded with multi- touch features, which can recognize multiple simultaneous finger touches, allowing for enhanced manipulation of on-screen objects. It is faster to input diagrams, symbols and math’s notations. Many people find it more convenient and more natural to work with a stylus rather than a mouse or touchpad to click on objects.

On the down side the tablet laptops can be considerably costlier than your traditional notebook. There’s a higher risk of damage to your screen and hinge. Tablet laptops are handled a great deal more than conventional laptops and as their screen also serves as an input device they run the chance of damage caused by mishandling. The hinges are required to rotate in more directions than a standard laptop which increases the chances of mechanical or electrical failure.

Tablet laptops presently tend to have slower processing times than conventional~standard~regular~traditional} laptops, however they are improving. It may be slower to input handwritten data as opposed to typing and when in slate form this forces the user to move their arm constantly while writing.
